Who Is Eligible for Rashan Card?

This is important. Not everyone will get it — at least not in the first batch.

You are eligible if:

You are a registered worker in a factory or mine
You have a valid CNIC
You are working inside Punjab
Your employer has submitted your name to the department

Good News: Even if you’re from another province, but working in Punjab, you are still eligible. But: Daily wagers and unregistered workers are not in Phase 1. They might be added later.

How to Apply for Rashan Card? Or Do You Even Need to?

Right now — there’s no open public application form.

Your factory or mine sends verified employee data to Mines & Labour Department
Govt checks Your CNIC + work record
Your name is added to eligible list
A personalized ration card is printed for you
You receive it at an event or via courier/sms call
