Option 1: Online Registration (BISP Hunarmand Official Portal)

Here’s how the online registration works:

Step-by-Step Guide to Register Online

• Visit the official portal: https://hunarmand.bisp.gov.pk

Step 1: Beneficiary Verification

Enter these:

• CNIC of BISP Beneficiary (e.g., your mother’s CNIC if she receives BISP money)

• Select Candidate:

  • Self (if you’re the beneficiary and want to be candidate)

  • Husband (if he want to be candidate)

  • Child (if your son or daughter want to be candidate)

• Solve the CAPTCHA (4 digits)

• Click Verify Beneficiary

If verified, it will take you to the next step.

Step 2: Candidate Verification

Now, enter:

• Candidate CNIC (your own ID card number)

• Solve CAPTCHA again

• Click Verify Candidate

Remember: if you select ‘Self’ as the candidate, you will be automatically taken to the Candidate Registration page. You will not see “Candidate Verification” page.

Step 3: Fill Candidate Registration Form

You will now see the full form. Fill these details carefully:

After completing, click Register.

What Happens After Submission?

• You’ll see a success message:

Your application has been registered successfully. Applications will be reviewed. Only eligible individuals will be selected for the program.

Option 2: Offline Registration at BISP Tehsil Office

Still not confident with online forms? No problem! You can still register by visiting your nearest BISP Tehsil Office. Here’s how:

What to Bring:

• CNIC of BISP Beneficiary (must take her with you)

• Her registered mobile number with BISP

• Your own CNIC

• Your own mobile number

• Education certificate (Matric or above)

How the Process Works:

1. Visit the BISP Tehsil Office (not union council, not any agent).

2. Go to the Benazir Hunarmand Program Desk.

3. A BISP officer will:

   • Open the official portal on their system

   • Ask you some basic details same like the given above

   • Fill your registration form on your behalf

   • Submit it on the system
