After Sign Up, you will receive an email from PAVE.
Open the email and click Verify My Email (a new tab will open).
Once verified, simply login to your account.

Step 3: Log In and Start Your PAVE Vehicle Application

Once you verify your mail, log in to your account with CNIC & Password. Once logged in, you will start the actual application process.

Select your vehicle here, you want, Choose Wisely:

Company Name (Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha, etc.)
Model Name
Vehicle Price (in PKR)
Vehicle Usage (Personal / Commercial)

Step 7: Add References

You must provide details of two references (friends or relatives who know you well):

For each reference, provide:

Full Name
Mobile Number
CNIC Number
CNIC Issuance Date
CNIC Expiry Date
Relationship with Applicant (Father, Mother, Brother, Sister, Spouse, Other)

Then Click on Next Button.

Step 8: Upload Required Documents

Upload clear and valid digital copies of the following:

Recent passport-size photograph
CNIC (Front Side)
CNIC (Back Side)
Latest Utility Bill (Electricity / Gas / Water)
Current Salary Slip (if employed)

Then Click on Next.

Step 9: Agree to Terms & Conditions

Carefully read the Declaration Form.
Tick “I have read, understood, and agree with all terms and conditions.”
Click Yes to confirm.

Step 10: Submit the Application

Click Next after completing all sections.
A popup will appear: “Are you sure you want to submit the application?”
Click Submit.

✅ Your application will now be successfully submitted!

What Will Happens Next After Submitting the Application?

Your application will be included in the E-Balloting System.
If you are selected, you will be informed through the official portal and contact details you provided.
Then, you can proceed with your financing and vehicle collection process.

All Pakistani citizens, including residents of Gilgit-Baltistan and AJK, can apply. Age limits: 18–65 for e-bikes and 21–65 for e-rickshaws/loaders. Government employees and students can also apply if they meet age and repayment conditions. Fleet operators can apply for multiple rickshaws/loaders under defined limits.

Yes! 25% of the e-bike quota is specially reserved for women, giving them independence and mobility.

The Prime Minister Electric Vehicle Scheme offers:
