What Is Maryam Nawaz Health Clinics?

Maryam Nawaz Health Clinics Program is called the Entrepreneurial “Pay for Performance” Program. It was launched by the Government of Punjab – Health Department, and now its Phase 3 is live after the great success of Phase 1 and Phase 2.

The main idea is very simple: there are many health centers in villages and small towns (called BHUs – Basic Health Units) that are not working properly. The government wants to hand over these BHUs to young and qualified doctors who can run them better. You will be the one in charge — like a leader!

These clinics are officially called MHCs – Managed Healthcare Centers, and when you get selected, you will manage one yourself. You’ll give treatment to real patients, manage the staff, and take care of the clinic’s needs. In return, you’ll earn money based on how well you work — that’s why it’s called Pay for Performance.

Who Can Apply in CM Maryam Health Clinic Phase 3?

The following people can apply in Phase 3:

• New doctors who didn’t apply in Phase 1 or Phase 2
• They can create a new account and apply easily through the portal
• As long as you have a valid PMDC or PNC Certificate, you’re eligible

Those applicants from Phase 2 who did not get any MHC (clinic) allotment

• They do not need to apply again from zero
• They only need to log in again and choose their new preferences
• A fresh list of available health centers is now live — select your choices from there

Anyone who was approved in Phase 1 or 2, but still waiting for allotment

Important:

• Keep your Central Induction Policy Number safe if you applied before — you may need it during preference submission

• Make sure all your documents and personal details are correct before submitting

MNH Clinics 2025: How to Apply for Phase 3 (Complete Process)

Step 1: Register Your Account

Start by creating your account on the portal:

• Enter your CNIC number

• Enter your email address

• Create a strong password

• Confirm the password

• Now click on Login

Once logged in, your dashboard will open.

Step 2: Fill Personal Information

You will now see 6 sections. Start with Personal Info. Fill in all details carefully. Fields marked with * are mandatory.

• CNIC

• Full Name

• Father’s or Husband’s Name

• Gender

• Date of Birth

• Age

• Domicile (Select from dropdown list)

• Marital Status

• Mobile Number (very important — SMS updates will come here)

• Full Address (House No, Street, Colony/Block, Tehsil, District)

• PMDC/PNC Number

• PMDC/PNC Registration Date

• PMDC/PNC Valid Upto

Now click Save & Proceed

Upload Your Documents

Once saved, the system will now ask you to upload the required documents:

• Passport size photo

• CNIC front & back

• Domicile

• PMDC/PNC Certificate

• Hafiz-e-Quran Certificate (if any)

Make sure each file is under 5MB and in JPG/PNG format.

Step 3: Educational Details

Now enter your academic record carefully:

Warning: Any wrong info can cancel your application.

Step 4: Experience Details

Add your job experience here — only if it’s real and you have documents.

Click Save to move to the next section.

Step 5: Financial Information

In this part, you need to show that you’re financially able to run a clinic.

Step 6: Submit Your Preferences

Now comes the most important step: Choosing your clinics.

• Select Health Facility Type (e.g., BHU, RHC, etc.)

• Choose your District

• Select 3 Preferences from the available options

After this:

• Click on Review Preferences

• Tick the declaration box: “I hereby declare all information is correct…”

• Click on Submit & Lock

• Finally, Print your application for your own record

Important: The last date to submit your preferences is 6th July 2025. Don’t wait for the last day — apply early to avoid website issues or last-minute mistakes.
