• CNIC number

Now the app will ask you to upload your documents:

• CNIC photo (front + back)
• Proof of widowhood/divorce (like NADRA certificate or court paper)
• Domicile or utility bill
• 2 passport-size photos

After uploading all documents, click on the “Submit Application” button.

• You will see a message that your application is submitted.

• Now wait for SMS or call from the government for next step.

Option 2: Apply Through CM Livestock Facilitation Desk (Manual Method)

If you don’t have smartphone or internet, no problem! You can apply by visiting the nearest government veterinary hospital in your area.

1. Go to the nearest veterinary hospital in your tehsil or district.

2. Ask the staff:
   “Where is the CM Livestock Facilitation Desk?”
   (It’s a special counter for this scheme only.)

3. When you reach the desk, tell them you want to apply for the free cow/buffalo program.

4. They will give you a paper application form.

5. Fill the form carefully with help of staff (they will guide you).

Attach photocopies of these documents:

• CNIC (copy of front and back)
