Who Can Apply for LiveStock Card?
Not everyone can apply. There are some rules. You must meet these conditions:
Basic Requirements:

You must live in Punjab permanently.

You must have a valid CNIC (Computerized National ID Card).

You must have a working mobile SIM on your own CNIC.

You must have a clean credit history (no defaulted loans).
