   Fill in these basic details:

   • CNIC number

   • Mobile number

   • Enter your password

4. Fill Out the Green Tractor Scheme Form:

Option 2: Apply by Visiting Tehsil Agriculture Office

If you don’t want to apply online, you can visit your nearest Tehsil Agriculture Office.

1. Bring your CNIC, land papers, and mobile number with you.

2. The staff will help you fill out the form and submit your application.

3. After verification, you will be entered into a lucky draw (balloting).

4. If your name is selected, you will receive an SMS and an official letter.

5. After selection, your tractor will be delivered soon.
