How to Apply for Kisan Card Phase 2?

There are two ways to apply:

Send PKC (Space) CNIC to 8070

Follow these simple steps:

Open message box on your phone.
Type this exactly:

PKC <space> CNIC Number - Example: PKC 3520112345678

Send it to 8070

Make sure:

Your SIM is registered on your CNIC
You have balance in mobile (SMS not free)
Your land record is updated at Arazi Record Center

If CNIC is expired, renew it first. If land is not verified, visit the Arazi center near you and fix it. Then SMS again within 24 hours.

Apply In-Person

If you want to apply in person:

Visit nearest Agriculture Office or Bank of Punjab Branch near you
Take your CNIC, land documents, and recent photo
Fill out the Kisan Card form manually
Submit and wait for SMS reply
