That list was just the first step — a draft version. It only showed the students who were initially shortlisted, based on their academic performance, degree, and eligibility details.

It was not the final selection.

Yes, the Final Merit Lists are now officially being released under the Prime Minister Youth Laptop Scheme Phase 4 (2025) — and this time, it’s the real deal.

This list includes only those students:

Whose data has been fully verified
Whose corrections (if any) were approved
And who finally met all eligibility conditions after university and HEC review

No More Changes — This is the Final List!

Unlike the provisional one, this Final Merit List cannot be changed.

If your name is on the list: Congratulations! You’ve officially been selected for a laptop.
If your name is missing: Sadly, it means you were either not eligible, or your data couldn’t be verified. No further claims can be made.

How to Check Final Merit List (PM Laptop Scheme Phase‑IV 2025)?

If you don’t see your university name above, don’t worry!

Some universities have uploaded the final merit list on their own university websites, and some have not uploaded it yet. So first, check your own university’s official portal.

If you still can’t find it, then you can check your Final Merit Status for the PM Youth Laptop Scheme Phase‑IV (2025) on the official HEC portal.

This portal now shows the Final Merit List. Your status will show if you are officially selected.

Step-by-Step Guide to Check Your Status:

University City: Select your city
University: Choose your university
Campus: Select your campus
Department: Choose your department
Degree Level: Select your program (e.g. BS, MS, PhD)
Year of Study: Select your current year (e.g. 1st, 2nd, Final)
Now click on “Filter Result”

What Will You See?

If it shows “Selected” or “Verified” → You are in the final list. Congratulations!
If your data is wrong (like CGPA, semester, CNIC, or program), a correction form.

Note: HEC is not accepting changes now, but they might forward your request (not guaranteed). So, don’t wait. Check your final status now.

When will laptop distribution start for PM Laptop Scheme Phase-IV (2025)?

The laptop distribution for PM Laptop Scheme Phase-IV (2025) has not started yet. If your name is in the Final Merit List as “Selected” or “Verified“, just wait patiently. The Higher Education Commission (HEC) will soon announce the official distribution schedule. Once it is shared, your university will inform you through your Departmental Focal Person, official notice boards, or university website.
