Who Will Get Paid First?

People who will get their BISP 13,500 April payment first are:

Those who have completed their NSER survey
Those who have passed their biometric thumb verification
Those who have received an official SMS from BISP (8171)

will receive their payments first. Others will get payments after completing their verification.

To get the payment of Rs. 13,500, you must meet the following conditions:

How to Receive Your BISP 13,500 Payment (April)?

Once you are eligible and selected for the Rs. 13,500 payment (whether in the 1st, 2nd, or last 3rd phase), follow these steps to receive your payment:

Step 1: Get SMS from 8171

First, you will receive an SMS from 8171 on your mobile number.
This SMS will confirm that you are eligible for the payment.
If you do not receive the SMS, don’t worry! You may get it later or in the next phase.

Step 2: Visit Nearest BISP Center or HBL Konnect or BISP Payment Branch

After receiving the SMS, visit the nearest BISP center, HBL Konnect outlet, or any authorized BISP payment branch.
Make sure the place you choose is authorized to handle BISP payments.

Step 3: Show Original CNIC

When you arrive at the center or branch, you will need to show your original CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
This is important for identity verification to ensure the payment is made to the correct person.

Step 4: Get Biometric Verification

After showing your CNIC, you will undergo biometric thumb verification.
They will scan your thumbprint to confirm your identity and verify that you are the rightful person to receive the payment.
