Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif has taken a big and historic step for these families. She has launched the CM Punjab Minority Card Program 2025. Earlier, this card was for 50,000 families. But now, the number has increased to 75,000 families.

This means more poor and deserving Christian, Hindu, Sikh, and other minority families will get direct financial help every 3 months. Each family will receive Rs. 10,500 (quarterly) through this card.

Who is Eligible for the Minority Card?

Eligibility is the most important part. If you do not meet the conditions, your application will not be accepted.

Here are the requirements:

You must be a resident of Punjab.
You must belong to a minority religion (Christian, Hindu, Sikh, or other non-Muslim).
You must be the head of the family.
You must have a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
You must have a mobile number in your own name.
Your PMT Score should be 45 or less.

Step 1: Sign Up

Open the official website: mcard.punjab.gov.pk/register
Fill the form:
- Full Name (As per CNIC)
- CNIC Number
- Mobile Number (03xx format)
- Email Address
- Religion (Select from list: Christian, Hindu, Sikh, etc.)
- Password (Create one)
- Confirm Password
Click on the Register (رجسٹرڈ کریں) button.

After registration, you will be automatically logged in.

Step 2: New Application

Once you log in, you will see a screen with the option “New Application”.
Click on it.

A popup message will appear:

You are requested to provide all information truthfully. If any information is found false, your family can be removed from all government welfare programs.

Step 4: Other Details

In this section, you will provide personal & family details.

Health Status – Do you have any disability or chronic disease?
Education – Can you read/write? Did you ever go to school?
Employment Status – Are you working or unemployed?
Current Address – Division, District, Tehsil, Area (Urban/Rural), Union Council, Postal Address.
Permanent Address – If different from current address, fill again.

Click Save & Next.

Step 5: Review & Submit

Before submission, carefully check everything.

Very Important: Make sure the data matches with NADRA Family Record.

Then you will see a Declaration Form:

I, (Your Name, CNIC), declare that I am a non-Muslim and belong to (your minority religion). This is my voluntary and truthful declaration.

✅ Tick the box and click Submit.
